How do I register for the Learn to Earn Agent Sales Summit? You may register for the Summit by clicking on the Register Now! button on the right-hand side of your screen. What do I need to know to make my travel arrangements? Please refer to the schedule of events for the Summit start and end times to determine a timeline for your flight. The airport code for Kansas City is MCI. How do I get from the airport to the hotel and back? You have several options for transportation to and from the airport and hotel. Call 800.808.1131, or go to www.kctg.com for options and pricing. What does the registration fee include? The registration fee of $395 includes 2 nights accommodations at the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel, full access to the Exhibit Hall, keynote speaker and all breakouts, two hour hosted Welcome Reception with cocktails and heavy hors d’ oeuvres; breakfast and lunch as outlined in the schedule of events, and the Gala Dinner. Flight costs and transportation are not included in the registration fee, and are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Is there a refund policy? A full refund of attendee package fees will be issued if agent unregisters/cancels on or before September 11, 2009. Creative Marketing is not responsible for costs for cancelled airline tickets or transportation. May I bring a guest/spouse to the Summit? You may bring one (1) non-agent guest/spouse, but you will need to pay a $100 guest fee, which includes admission to breakfasts, lunch, the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. The guest must stay in your room. How do I reserve a room at Sheraton? By registering, you will automatically be added to a rooming list, securing a room in your name, for October 7-9, 2009. There is no need to call the hotel for reservations. The Sheraton is a non-smoking hotel. Room type is based upon availability at check-in. Will I be required to provide a credit card upon check-in at the Sheraton? Yes, you will be required to provide a credit card for incidentals. Creative Marketing will pick up the cost of room and tax for two nights. What is appropriate attire for the Summit? The attire for the Summit is business casual. All meeting rooms and meal functions are indoors. | ||
