If you can provide "verifiable documentation" that you have sold $1,000,000 or more of fixed and/or indexed annuity products in the last 12 months, or $100,000+ in target life premium, Creative Marketing will REFUND the $499 at the conclusion of the Summit!

Package does not include flight or transportation, and is at the attendee’s own expense.

No reduction in attendee fees will be considered if you opt not to stay at the hotel.

Bringing a non-agent spouse or guest?

Cost: $649.00 ($499.00 attendee fee + $150.00 for guest)

Spouse/guest must stay in the same room as the agent.

The $150.00 spouse/guest fee is nonrefundable.

*The fee will be waived for any agent that can provide proof of a minimum $1 Million of production, or factored life premium, over the past twelve months. If you are not currently contracted with Creative Marketing, this waiver will be approved when proof in the form of a production report from a carrier or alternate IMO is received. Fee waiver awarded at discretion of Creative Marketing to producing agents only. No financial or other consideration available in lieu of attendance.
