Basic Attendee Package

Cost: $395.00

Includes:

• Accommodations for 2 nights at the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel (Room & Tax only)
• Full access to exhibit hall, keynote speaker and all educational sessions
• 2-hour hosted Welcome Reception with cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres
• Breakfast and lunch (as per Schedule of Events)
• Gala Dinner

Package does not include flight or transportation for the attendee and guest and is at the attendee's own expense.

No reduction in attendee fees will be considered for guests staying at alternate hotels or for local agents who opt NOT to stay at the host hotel.

Attendee Package with Non-Agent Guest/Spouse

Cost: $495.00 ($395.00 attendee fee + $100.00 for guest)

Includes:

• Accommodations for 2 nights at the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel (Room & Tax only). Guest must stay in same room.
• Full access (attendee only) to exhibit hall, keynote speaker and all educational sessions
• 2-hour hosted Welcome Reception with cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres (attendee and guest)
• Breakfast and lunch as per Schedule of Events (attendee and guest)
• Gala Dinner (attendee and guest)

Refund Policy

A full refund of attendee package fees will be issued if agent unregisters/cancels on or before September 11, 2009. Creative Marketing is not responsible for costs for cancelled airline tickets or transportation.
