• Breakfast and lunch (as per Schedule of Events)

Package does not include flight or transportation for the attendee and is at the attendee's own expense.
AGENTS MUST BE CONTRACTED WITH CREATIVE MARKETING TO ATTEND!
No reduction in attendee fees will be considered for guests staying at alternate hotels or for local agents who opt NOT to stay at the host hotel.
Attendee Package with Non-Agent Guest/Spouse
Cost: $495.00 ($395.00 attendee fee + $100.00 for guest)

Refund Policy
If an agent unregisters/cancels on or before September 10, 2010 they will be issued a refund minus a non-refundable $100 transaction fee. Creative Marketing is not responsible for costs for cancelled airline tickets or transportation.
